Description of the Englewood vacation home rental

This is a light & airy FL style home. All rooms are large...All Utilities Included. We are located in the E. Englewood area (between Englewood & Pt. Charlotte ....west side of the El Jobean Bridge)in a subdivision called, GULF COVE. Our well maintained home is located half way between Sarasota & Ft. Myers. The Gulf Coast Beaches, Boca Grande, Golfing & Fishing are close by. You will find this home to be immaculate!

This is a nicely appointed home with 2 lg. bedrooms (split bedroom plan & 2 walk in closets), 2 baths, w/great room in the middle, & TALL CATHEDRAL CEILINGS. It has @ 1,350 sq. ft. under H&AC / @ 2,165 sq. feet overall. It has a "LARGE" screened lanai(3 sets of French doors leading out to the lanai), "PRIVACY FENCED BK. YARD", garage w/remote door opener, & gravel area for extra car, boat,or sm. RV.

The house has a new built in microwave, dishwasher, ice maker in frig., fairly new roof, carpet & paint. Also new hurricane shatter proof windows. There is Satellite TV in LR. There is a gas grill & outdoor furniture in the large screened in lanai area..... Nice area w/new homes around... (next door retired couple). Great area for fishing, golfing, & going to the beach....

Area Description

Close proximity to many of the areas Gulf beaches, fishing pier, boat ramp/park (end of street), grocery stores, churches, restaurants, banks, shopping malls, SUPER WAL*MART, SAMS CLUB, HOME DEPOT & many golf courses, etc. The Charlotte Sports Complex & County Fair Grounds (which routinely book events for the area such as Tampa Bay Rays Base Ball, Rodeos, Music Concerts, Food Festivals/Craft Shows & Canrivals) are also close by.

Fishing abounds in the area from pier fishing, off shore fishing, Myakka River fishing, to deep sea charters. BOCA GRANDE IS ALSO CLOSE BY & OFFERS ANOTHER PUBLIC BEACH & GREAT DOG PARK (Other dog parks close by as well). You may also want to explore Venice while here!

This house is in a nice residential neighborhood with a newer home next door & newer homes to the back. No one on the other side or across the street.....NICE & QUIET!

At the end of our street is the Myakka River/Gulf Cove Park & Boat Ramp (must pay sm. fee in order to use). Also nearby is a free fishing pier. Public beaches are @ a 15/20 min. drive. Boca Grande is @ a 20 min. drive away. Deep sea fishing @ 7 miles away. A large shopping mall is
@ a 15 min. drive. As well as a Sam's club & Supper Wal*Mart. Also fairly close to Venice & Port Charlotte Mall & numerous restaurants........

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Deposits: A $300. to $500. reservation/security dep. or ($400. to $600 if a pet). This deposit will be refunded within 30 days after your departure (or after last phone bill received), providing no damages incurred during your stay, the house is left in good shape & the amount of people does not exceed the amount agreeded upon. In the event of a cancellation, with less than a 60 day notice, the deposit will not be refunded unless we can find an alternate renter for the same time frame/same number of days.
Other Fees: There is "NO CLEANING FEE", as long as the house left in good shape....Utilities included (phone limited to.... local service/local calls (no Internet or Long Distance Phone Calls, etc.). We also pay for the Satellite service in the living room (no movie rental, fight rentals, etc. allowed). If any long distance charges, etc. appear on the phone bill, it will come out of your deposit....

A Beautifully Decorated Home, April 22, 2008

We stayed at this home the month of March and what a nice place to stay! The owners not only have taken good care of their rental home, they take good care of their guests too. Any questions that we had before hand were answered promptly and courteously. It was such a clean, inviting place and so beautifully decorated. We especially liked eating breakfast on their large screened-in porch. We were very comfortable in this home that is situated in a really QUIET neighborhood. We would rent again in a heartbeat!
