The house was recently built in a secluded quiet area of Gulf Cove (South) between Englewood & Port Charlotte close to Rotonda and Placida.

Area Information

Siuated in a very quiet and private area in Gulf Cove South close to Placida and Rotonda off Hwy776 between Englewood and Port Charlotte.
Local shopping malls, Restaurants/Bars and Gulf Coast Beaches are within a 10 minute drive, 5 miles.
Nearest Beach is Boca grande 5 miles.
The area has many attractions for visitors, including local boat launching, Water Sports, Fishing and State Parks
There are 15 golf courses in the area, nearest Rotonda (3 courses), Duffy's pay and play short Floodlight 18 hole coure is 5 miles.

Beautiful, spacious, well-furnished home. Very clean. Located in a very quiet area. Miles of streets for walking and biking with little or no traffic.
