Description of the Englewood vacation home rental

Newly remodeled, beautifully decorated home on freshwater canal, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Home is completely furnished with everything from the cookware and dishes to towels and linens. Just bring your clothes and tooth brush. Walking distance to a golf course (a total of 6 within 5 miles) and only minutes to endless Gulf Beaches. Fish in your back yard or just relax in the screened lanai. Everything you need for a relaxing WARM winter. This is a Non Smoking Residence. Sorry No Pets are allowed,

Area Information

Englewood is located half way between Sarasota and Fort Myers on Florida's West Coast. Appx 1.5 hours south of Tampa and 3 hours from Orlando. Englewood has water and golf courses everywhere so there is always something to do. You can always hang out at the beach, go biking, go fishing on a party boat, go fishing on the pier, take a boat ride, rent a jet ski, rent a kayak, go swimming, go snorkeling, learn to scuba, look for shells, watch the pelicans, have diner and cocktails at one of our many waterfront restaurants, go to the driving range, join one of the many golf leagues, go for a walk on the beach, go to Disney, go to Key West, go to one of our many art fairs, go to the Seafood Festival, meet new friends, sit on the beach and make fun of all the people stuck in the snow up north, sit on the beach and watch the most breathtaking sunsets every night as the sun disappears into the Gulf of Mexico, or just lay around and enjoy our fantastic warm weather. Just don't miss it!!!

perfect vacation spot safe deed restricted golf community wonderful neighborhood close to everything englewood beach,venice beach,the house was very clean and bigger than it looked on line .very roomy and comfortable. best vacation we ever had.it really felt like home and we wished we never had to leave.
