Description of the Englewood vacation home rental

The home is approximately 1100 SF, immaculate, 2 bedrooms with queen bedroom suites, 2 bathrooms, family room with sleeper couch, cable TV, breakfast room, kitchen, florida room, lanai, oversized 1 car garage, washer/dryer, gas grille, and central HVAC.

The home is nicely decorated, new carpet, ceramic tile flooring, plenty of linens, and fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of closet space. The neighborhood is quiet and a perfect place to enjoy your visit in Englewood.

Area Information

Englewood Beach is located on Manasota Key only 2 miles from the home. The beach offers boardwalks, showers, picnic shelters, playgrounds, and restroom facilities. For boaters, dock your boat at our waterfront lot located 2 miles from the home. The dock is only seconds from the intercoastal waterway and from the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges. This waterfront property has boat trailer parking, shore power, water, and stainless steel fish cleaning table. Beginning in May, enjoy World Class Tarpon Fishing at Boca Grande Pass and guided Charters are available upon request. Enjoy live music, restaurants, antique car shows, and local pubs on Dearborn Street in Old Englewood. Englewood has wonderful parks, biking trails, or explore our many creeks and rivers. What better way to end each day than watching spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Great accomodations

April 7, 2012

Rented the home for our daughter's stay over the holidays. Very clean! Landlady even put up a Christmas tree for our grandchildren to enjoy.

My husband and I stayed for a week and we loved it! It is close to (within walking distance) the beach many wonderful restaurants and all the amenities you could ever need, Walmart and a couple of discount produce stands. We will definitely stay here again! The weather in Southwest Florida is ideal in the winter months, it was in the high 70's to mid 80's all week long, we hated to leave and go back up north!
