This breathtaking, nearly, new and clean 2200 square foot home, is situated on a quiet, residential street, just blocks from shopping, restaurants, nearby golf courses. Just 15 minutes from the celebrated Boca Grand and Englewood beaches with endless white sand beach, and the warm, turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Nearly all rooms feature peaceful, relaxing pool views and access via pocket sliding doors to the caged lanai. The ample sunning deck surrounds the heated, salt-water pool (no more bleached suits or stinging eyes) with the convenience of poolside shower and bathroom with toilet and sink. The outdoor area is well appointed with wicker furniture and a covered area to get out of the sun or that occasional afternoon shower.
The grand foyer will welcome you before you are drawn into the spacious, master bedroom, fit for a king. This sumptuous, master suite features tray ceilings, a tropical palm tree motif, and a Tempurpedic queen bed, the ultimate in comfort. Tempurpedic mattresses are the next best thing to sleeping on a cloud and are so gentle on your joints. You will be delighted to discover “his and her” walk-in closets on either side of the hall continuing into the ample, master bathroom, which boast a Roman walk-in shower and soaking tub, “his and her” sinks, plus a private toilet room, with a separate door.
As you resume exploring the house, you will be guided through an elegant dining room. A pass-through frames the kitchen with all new appliances.
The open plan includes a comfortable living room, with tray ceilings, adjoining the modern, kitchen where you may also dine at the Roman table overlooking the pool or at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has access to the laundry area with new front-loading washer and dryer, and the three-car garage.
There are two additional bedrooms at the opposite end of the house from the master suite. The two other bedrooms, share the “Shell” bathroom, with tub/shower. The “Shell” room has a queen bed and the other room has a full bed,
All rooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans.
After each visitor, the house is thoroughly cleaned with bleach and tile floors are steam cleaned for maximum disinfecting and sanitization. Sorry, due to allergies, no pets permitted.

Englewood: We were looking to escape the tourist crowds and to save time and money. We fell in love with this area and the beaches at Boca Grande, a shell-lovers haven. Located south of Venice, a 45-minute drive south from Sarasota Airport, 75 to 90 minutes from Ft Myers and St Pete's Airport. And of course we are only 3 hours away from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Holy Land Experience, and Sea World in Orlando. A 1 1/2 hour north will get you to Tampa's Busch Gardens. There are shopping and outlets nearby. This is a truly unique location. Lush, private and secluded, yet minutes to anything that you might need.
Englewood is a delightful, small, seaside town, which may be the best kept secret on the Gulf. Fall in love with the lovely beaches, unmarred by high-rises, that stretch for miles, spectacular fishing in Lemon Bay, quaint shops and galleries. You will be amazed at Boca Grande, a charming, island community and a shell collector’s paradise. Golf and tennis are very close by, plus a wide choice of restaurants and shopping.
