Description of the Englewood vacation home rental

The best place to have a vacation. We have taken every care so that you can relax and enjoy your vacation in this 2 bedroom beautiful home. There is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi. We have just this year 2011 put on a new roof so the heating system for the pool has been removed. The home has all the appliances to make your vacation a comfortable one. The home has all new paint throughout, new patio furniture on lanai and a new BBQ (charcoal). No pets allowed. The hall and the family room has a new oak floor.

The Home has everything to offer, Satellite TV, linens, washer and dryer facility, Queen and Double bed in the bedrooms and a convertible bed for extra person.

Just give us a call and we will make every arrangement so that you can enjoy your vacation. The home is situated in a quiet and peaceful area.

Area Information

The Fort Myers and Sarasota area in only one hour drive away and Tampa Bay is located just one and half hours away from this home. Many local activities nearby such as a tennis court, fishing on the beach, restaurants, shopping, golfing. All will come on your budget.

Englewood home

My family stayed hear in early April. House was very nice and clean. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi got alot of use, but may be an issue in cooler months with only a solar heater. House had everything we needed and only had to purchase a few things (toiletries, laundry supplies, garbage bags and other basic day to day needs). A third bedroom and a second bath would have been helpful, but all in all, I would recommend this place and use it again. Quite neighborhood was good for jogs and you are a short drive to anything in Englewood.

LOVED IT

My self and my husband loved very roomy and clean huge bed and bed very comfortable, clean ,clean kitchen , family room my gosh great but there were a couple of things that one there should have been a grill as well the water temperature in the pool should be very very warm in the months of nov and such because at night it would have been nice to go swimming but overall even the owners very nice and welcoming and of cours great prize for all u get . Oh yes very beautiful back yard , nice for a family and lot of room , you wnot be disappointed at all
