Description of the Englewood vacation home rental
Pretty 3 Bedroom Single Family Home with 2 full baths.. Great quiet residential neighborhood located between beaches and golf courses.. Our home in East Englewood is beautifully furnished.. It has vaulted ceilings for a very open airy feeling. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, and an attached master bath with large walk-in closet.. It is attached to the lanai with a seperate entrance to enjoy morning coffee without even entering the main living space. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and is decorated in a tropical palm tree motif. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and is called The "rose garden" room..Simply Shabby Chic bedding. very cute!. We are located 10 minutes away from Englewood Beach, about 15 from Port Charlotte shopping and restaraunt area.. Great location !.. The New Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training center is about 5 minutes away.. Go see a Spring Training game while you're there !... Lawn Service is provided and there is a 2 car screened garage that has the washer and dryer. We have provided beach chairs and coolers for great beach days.. Nothing has been overlooked... Come enjoy our Florida Home. Elegant is the word I'd use for this home. Come feel like the King and Queen that you know you are. You have the added comfort of knowing that we are just 5 minutes away to address any concern that you may have.. Pack your clothes and toothbrush.. The Florida Good Life (away from the cold), is waiting for you. .

Lived up to Expectations

We stayed in this immaculate and nicely decorated Englewood home for 3 months. The landlords were fantastic. Whenever we needed something fixed or had a question, they were back to us within minutes. We booked again for 4 and a half months next year, we liked it so much. The house is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, groceryt stores and good shopping are nearby, as are great beaches and golf courses. There is lots of sightseeing and the community is full of activities and events every week. Weather was fantastic this winter too. We would recommend the house if it were free, but, sorry, we booked it again.
