This is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home within a stone's throw from Lemon Bay Park. It has a very private fenced back yard and fenced front yard for your pet. There is a screened lanai for morning coffee or to just relax with a book. The living area has plenty of seating for guests with a separate sitting area. The two bedrooms are split. Each having its own bath and the the third is adjacent to the living area with a semi private entrance. With plenty of activities just about every weekend in season, you're even close enough to bike to Dearborn and enjoy the featured activities and stop by one of the local restaurants for a cocktail!
