Florida Home on Intercoastal Waterway + Boat Dock

This clean, fully furnished vacation home sits directly on the Intercoastal Waterway, with a private dock off of the back entrance, directly across from the boat access point in the harbor of lovely Park Pointe, a 54 unit gated mobile home community located in Englewood, Florida. All guests of Park Pointe have access to the park swimming pool and recreation center as well as high speed internet access. With new carpet throughout, this home features a lovely living room and TV area with stunning sunset views and a double sleeper sofa, a comfortable dining area, a newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, full bathroom, bedroom (2 single beds), extra bedroom/recreation room with a double sleeper sofa, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a 1 vehicle car port. This home comfortably sleeps 2 people but can sleep up to 6, with the double sleeper sofas in the recreation room and living room. All linens and towels are provided. All utilities included in the rent. Access to the Gulf of Mexico through Stump Pass is a 5 minute boat ride from your dock. We typically prefer a minimum of a one month stay, but we are open to accepting week long rentals in the months of April and May.

Located within 10-20 minutes (driving) or 5 minutes (by boat) of the Englewood beach on the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the Blind Pass Beach, and Manasota beach. Shopping and dining amenities within minutes.
