Description of the Englewood vacation home rental

The home is approximately 1100 SF, immaculate, 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bedroom suite, the other with twin beds, 1 bathroom, family room, breakfast room, kitchen, large lanai, and laundry room.

The home was completely renovated in 2012 with new kitchen, new bathroom, and new laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. This home has plenty of storage and spacious closets in each room. Just off the breakfast area is a large screened lanai and a new fully enclosed private outdoor shower.

The home has cable TV, hi-speed internet with wireless router, and home phone for local calls. There are televisions in each bedroom and TV and DVD player in the living room. The home has newly finished terrazzo floors throughout and is fully furnished.

Area Information

Englewood Beach is located on Manasota Key only 3 miles from the home. The beach offers boardwalks, showers, picnic shelters, playgrounds, and restroom facilities. Enjoy live music, restaurants, antique car shows, and local pubs on Dearborn Street in Old Englewood just a short walk from the house. Englewood has wonderful parks, biking trails, or explore our many creeks and rivers. What better way to end each day than watching spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
