Boca Royale is a very beautiful private gated community with magnificent trees and plantings. Home prices range from $250,000 to several million. There is plenty of space in the community for walkers, runners, roller bladers and bikers. There are bicycles, beach chairs umbrellas and fishing rods provided. The 18 hole golf course is available for your enjoyment or distress. There is a restaurant in the community that is open to the public.

Boca Royale is located in Englewood, a small fishing village just south of Venice. The beach is a few minutes away by car. Activities include golf, fishing, kayaking, movies and theater. Restaurants abound.
Venice is the next town north and Sarasota is 35 minutes by car. Boca Grande, the Tarpon capital, is 30 minutes south.
