Our villa was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and the people in the surrounding villas were super friendly, helpful, yet quiet. The only complaint we had was that the mattress sounded like crinkled pkging material when you sat on it or turned over. Besides the mattress factor, we loved it and would return in a heartbeat, as the location was perfect.

Loved it! Everyone gets along, lots of pot lucks at the pool patio area, daily happy hour at patio area, Mostly all U.S. or Canadians. owner quick to respond to needs. most relaxed vacation spot we have ever been too!

We stayed at Kimball Ave. in Venice and enjoyed our month in the sun. The property manager was excellent and was able to look after all our needs. We were able to take our dogs with us. We would have preferred a location with more retired people in the area but otherwise it was excellent.
