Quaint 2 bedrooms villas in a condominium complex, these are all free standing homes, so nobody above or below you!
Walking distance to the public beach and to several nice resturants. Heated pool on site with a clubhouse with many activies, including bingo, cards, and many social eating events.

Area Information

Englewood is the best kept secret in the Southwest Florida area.Englewood is about 55000 people and has 15 golf courses within a 10 mile radius. Shopping is available at Bealls Department Store, along with many small privite shops. Englewood is on the Gulf of Mexico only 30 minutes from Sarasota and abot 45 minutes north of Ft. Myers.

A Friendly Community

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the villas very much. All of the people we met who lived and rented there were nice and friendly. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurant, stores. The only issue I had was that the pool was cold. It was probably more noticeable because the weather was on the chilly side for most of our stay. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable experience,comfortable and clean. We are already considering signing up for next year, and I would not hesitate to recomend the villas to friends.

Best Rental Near the Beach

The villas are kept up very well. Very clean. Very convenient and relaxing to be so near the beach. The pool was wonderful as well. We loved this little subdivision. Everything we needed was provided for. The only thing we noticed is that the bed/mattress in the master bedroom we stayed in was quite uncomfortable -- probably old and needed to be updated. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS RENTAL and plan on trying it again next year.
