It is a 55 plus community with a large heated pool and cabana. The hidden retreat is only half a mile to the inter coastal down the creek and a short bike ride to Englewood and Stump Pass beaches. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are just up the street. The turnkey villa includes everything you need, wireless internet, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, new linens, washer and dryer, even beach towels and chairs. Come as you are to this peaceful, pet friendly (30 pounds and under) paradise. Available from March 2013 through to winter season 2014. Book early as it goes fast.
