Description of the Ensenada vacation home rental

Directly on the beautiful Punta Banda beach. As you enter the carved wooden double doors into the courtyard your vacation experience will begin. The beach house is sweetly painted a sage green with purple window accents. Through the double French doors you enter the tiled kitchen with a view to the ocean beyond. The master bedroom , kitchen, living and dining room all boast panoramic ocean views. French doors lead from the living room to the front patio and the tiled patio set. Sit inside or outside to enjoy the ocean views or step off the patio and onto the beach for a walk on your own 6 mile secluded streatch of beach.

This is a fabulous beach. Most of the time the beach is nearly empty. The waves are safe and rip-tide free. You can stroll out into the ocean and enjoy the gentle slope and play safely in the waves.

The beach house is perfect for a family getaway, a romantic weekend or honeymoon.

Private hot tub and kayak available for rental.

Area Description

Located just south of Ensenada on on the famed golden sand beach of Punta Banda, you can safely swim with no worry of undertow, rocks or pollution. This water is clear and fresh. Watch the dolphins play in the waves early morning and around dinnertime in the surf. For added fun the beach house is within walking distance of both tide pools and hot springs in the sand.

A mere 8 miles to La Bufadora, the blowhole that continues to spout 24/7 with classic Mexico tourist style shopping, Bargains and bartering all come together to bring the Mexico vacation experience to life. Enjoy nearby restaurants or drive into Ensenada for nightlife and shopping. Also enjoy horse back riding, kayaking, boogie boarding...all fun days at the beach.

Wineries, golfing, sport-fishing, water-sports, Museums, Theatres, snorkeling/diving & eco-tourism tours are all available within Ensenada and the surounding area.

Perfect location, on the beach, less than 500 yards to the hot water "Agua Caliente" hot springs which are exposed at low tide. Lots of windows facing the ocean (i wish they opened all the way open, instead of just small slide windows along the bottom) The updated look of the house makes it one of the nicest along this beautiful 6-mile bay. Irka was there to represent the owner if there were any problems. Mod. cons. all there and what my 13 yr old dubbed "the most comfortable couch in the world" as well; too bad she spent so much time on it, but hey, welcome to 13. Plenty of hot water for showing and a hose for cleaning sand off feet outside door. Yes, it's hard to get used to not flushing toilet paper down but, ve have vays of overcoming that small obstacle. Have a great time, it's a nice place in a heavenly location. :) PS, YOU DO NEED PASSPORTS TO CROSS BACK INTO THE UNITED STATES!

Me and my family had a great time, the house was very clean and cozy, we will return next year if possible. The only thing which is the toilet paper thing, its hard with small children but I know thats Mexico period so it has no reflection on this house!
