Description of the Ephrata vacation home rental

This beautiful 4424 sq. ft. home was built in 2000, with the latest in "Green", energy efficient, materials and design. You'll enjoy relaxing by the fireplace in the living room, dining room, and master bedroom and bathroom, OR on the huge screened porch, OR by the pool, OR exploring the woods that surround the house, OR reconnecting with family and friends - talking, playing games, cooking, eating, toasting marshmallows at the camp fire.
All rooms are spacious, with large windows, and great views. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, all appliances, and is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The dining room seats 16, or you can eat on the 16 'x 31' screened porch. The master suite has a king size bed, and the bath features a 2 person whirlpool tub and a 2 person walk in shower. The other 4 bedrooms have a queen bed, and 2 also have a double bed. With the sofa bed in the living room, crib, and cot, and the queen futon in the pool house, sleeps 20.
The house is about 450' from the quiet street, and 300' from the neighboring homes.
NEW in 2013! We have a VERY nice 20'x 20' gazebo in the woods, next to a level yard for a LARGE tent, and the picnic area - PERFECT for outdoor weddings & receptions, reunions, etc. The photo shows it while under construction in Fall '12. Will be finished (with a 1/2 bath) by April '13.

Area Information

We are located atop the Ephrata Mountain, with 30 mile views of farms and towns. Peaceful and safe. Secluded, yet near town, highways, hospital, amusement parks, fine dining, museums, outlet shopping, Amish attractions, Antique shops, and more.
