Fully Furnished with Sat.TV, microwave,coffee maker. VCR, DVD player. Full basement plus 2 floors with 2 bedrooms on 2d floor. One large bedroom with 2 full size beds,and one seperate bedroom with a queen size bed. Two rollaway beds also available. 2 decks, outdoor firepit, gas grill, beach, dock, 14ft. Alum boat, canoe, and paddleboat included. Good fishing in Akers Pond or the nearby Androscoggin River. Minutes away from Umbagog Lake, play golf at the Balsams Grand Resort Hotel, minutes away. White water kayaking on the Androscoggin River, 4wheeling on nearby trails, hiking, great fall hunting, Moose Watching minutes away.
Weekly Rental, Sat. to Sat. Bring your own linens and towels, everything else is furnished,(except food). Relax and swim, sunsets, 100ft. of frontage, 50ft.long dock, shallow shoreline, great for kids.

You couldn't have asked for a nicer home to rent, it was very clean and had everything you could need. The owner was very pleasant and gave us privacy as well. We would highly recommend renting this home to anyone. Very comfortable as well as pretty. We have been coming to the area for many years, and the only thing we missed was being directly on the water. Also it's quite a bit busier than we like, but at this time of year not many people were around, so it was not bad at all. We had a great vacation and would like to thank the owner again!
