Wonderful spot with a very private, cozy feel. You can only catch a glimpse of the neighbor’s houses from one or two spots. The view is amazing with an almost 360 degree panorama. You can watch the sunrise from the east deck and toast the sunset over the ocean from a hammock poolside on the west deck. With 3 bedrooms and lots of extra sleeping space in the family room there was plenty of room for our 2 families. The amenities were great. The kitchen is nicer than my own- not that I did that much cooking. Besides the great pool, we spent lots of time at Magen’s Bay which is the most popular beach on the island and featured in all kinds of travel magazines. It’s probably within walking distance if you’re in good shape but we drove- takes about 5 minutes to get there by car. The kids loved it. The gift shop rents out snorkeling equipment, floating mats etc. Driving to downtown Charlotte Amalie for shopping was a bit of an adventure as you drive on the left in the Virgin Islands. The trip was worth it as the shopping was great. I'd recommend this Villa for anyone.

We stayed at Fairview in April, which proved to be a very humid time. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the main room (where the kitchen and family room were), which made it very difficult for the family to socialize. The screens also had numerous holes, which allowed in bugs that bit our children and us. The villa generally appeared to need a lot of upkeep (paint, landscaping, etc). However great location with great views. David was very helpful when a problem with the internet modem arose.

the house was very nice and the view was wonderful, however we are still waiting on our deposit to be returned. The owner David, has basically ignored our request for the return of our deposit of $500.00

Fairwinds Villa was an amazing vacation. It gave me a real at home environment. Everything was great until after my trip. Since my trip I have not gotten one email or phonecall from the Owner David Guiliano. I have no received my $500 dollar security deposit back, or any reason why. Please be cautious renting from this owner, but the stay was amazing.

The views, location, ammenities--like the wonderful pool were well worth the expense--(it would be about the same if not less if one were to stay at one of the nicer resorts--do the price check =) ) We had never been to St. Thomas before and our 1st day guide-Bernard was of great assistance. In addition, my wife and I brought our daughters--7 months old and 13 years old and everything flowed well and we all had a great time. We would stay at Fairwinds Villa again.

We enjoyed the beautiful home, fantastic view. Was somewhat disappointed that the main part of the house was not air conditioned. You really should mention this in the advertising especially during the hottest time of the year.
