The place needs a lot of TLC (tender loving care) While it wasn't dirty there was plenty that should have been attended to. Interior and exterior needs work including gardens. The security system is bizarre. If the couple in the master suite is the last to bed - how do you lock the sliding door. If you are the first to bed how do you get into the house if the sliding door is locked? The half bathroom had a horrible odor (sewage smell). Would not return without first inspecting the place.

Andrea, A quick email to thank you once again for all of your help in making our stay in Costa Rica perfect. Villa Laureles was far more beautiful and spacious than we had imagined -- we're only sad we could not have stayed longer! We will be sure to recommend you to friends/family in the future. Best, Sam Mass, USA

Dear Andrea, I wish you and your family with much happiness, peace, joy, and good health for the new year that is upon us. First and forth most, I want to thank you for being so prompt and helpful with coordinating my family vacation to Costa Rica. Without you, we would have encountered many difficulties with our trip. You were most prompt and effective with all communication channels. You had helped me arranged and managed many things that we needed to have our trip go smoothly. My family and I are very grateful for what you have done for us. Villa Laureles and its staff are great! My family and I enjoyed every moment we spent there. Felipe is second to none with his commitment to serve his guests. He did a phenomenal job with us. He is extremely friendly and helpful. When you talk to him, please extend my appreciation to him. I would definitely recommend your place to others. Best regards, Bee X. MN, USA
