On a hill top over looking the Central pacific ocean awaits your luxury retreat "El Poder de la Atraccion", a 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 4.5 baths, home lies in a secured development, Del Pacifico in Esterillos Este,Puntarenas (Costa Rica), around one hour and half minutes from the Juan Santa Maria International Airport in San Jose city, 25 minutes S. of Jaco, 10 minutes N. of Parrita and 35 minutes S. to Quepos. The home is nestled in a lush tropical setting and whether your plans include adventure, romance or just relaxing, you are sure to find it here. Amenities, include daily house keeping, 2 entertainment centers, luxuriously appointed interior with full kitchen, 2 jacuzzi's, 3 whiripol tubs and much, much more. In the immediate area there is world class surfing, fishing, diving, horse back riding. In Jaco 20 muntes to the N. there is shoping, restaurants and night life; 35 minutes S. is a National Park Manuel Antonio (5 minutes from Quepos), where you will see monkeys, sloths and other indigenous wildlife. Also included daily maid service, gardener and round the clock security and pool service. Our main goal is to privide our guests the most gratetul time in our home.

We currently have 2 vacation rentals available in Esterillos Este, Costa Rica at Del Pacifico. A 3bd/3ba House and a Condo with a loft.

Several restaurants within one mile of the home. Beautiful variety of indigineous wildlife can be seen from the home, especially birds. Eagles, Parrots, Scarlet McCaws (my favorite), Swallows, Zanitees, Carpenter Birds or Yellow Bellied Window Peckers as I call them, Tucans and many others as well.
