Beautiful Vacation Home Built 2009

This home was built in 2009. It has a pool with access from the master bedroom and the livingroom. It has an outside spiral staircase to an upper patio, where a view of the ocean can be seen. The dining room table is oversized and seats eight. There are granite countertops throughout. The kitchen has a sit-up counter for 2. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. There are also two other bedrooms, both with queen sized beds; the middle bedroom has a full sized futon as well. There are many windows with a view of the pool and outdoor plants. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closet. All appliances are stainless steel.

The home is located in a gated community, on the mountain side of the Costanera highway. The community has many hills. This home is along the flight path of Scarlet Macaws. Toucans have been spotted in the backyard. It is located in the Costa Esterillos Community, which is part of Costa Developers. Esterillos Oeste is the nearest town. It is also near the beach town of Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park.

In Jaco, which is 22 km away, there are many available tour companies to choose from. There is zip-lining in the area. Also in Jaco, there are shops, restaurants and bars. In Esterillos Oest there is a tour company along with a few restaurants, a small grocery store, and surf lessons available.
