This condominium was brand new for 2006. It's a well-appointed, first-floor, easily accessed, "Palmdale" model, including two bedrooms / two baths and a den with sleeper. A comfortable large kitchen with dining area as well as a raised counter-top with 4 barstools, in this spacious wide-open floor plan.

The Greatroom has a 32" Color Cable TV, and DVD. The Lanai has a fantastic view of the third green and fronting pond with a magnificent back-lit fountain, allowing for the best of both worlds, when it comes to desired views.

The course incorporates 13 lakes into its challenging design and has well manicured greens to work on your short game. Also included are eight Har-Tru tennis courts with lighting for night time play.

Within the community there are four satellite pools PLUS an Olympic-size pool and spa. A 6700-square-foot clubhouse contains a fitness room, kitchen, library and card room, and is also host to the very active social program at Breckenridge.
