First floor condo has 2-3 bedrooms, 3rd bedroom can be used as den with pull out queen sofa , armoire, cable and color tv. Master bedroom has sliding door to screened lanaii. Lanai has table and 4 chairs, private yard with mature foliage.
There are 2 full modern bathrooms. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Large table and chairs in eat-in kitchen.
Dining area off living room has table and chairs for serving 6 people.

We are situated on an 18 hole private golf course with large property grounds, walking trails, new clubhouse and many amenities
