Description of the Estero vacation condo rental
Located at Pelican Sound Golf and River Club. Condo has King size bed and twin beds, washer, dryer, and fully furnished. Beautiful view overlooking pond. Grills and pool right next door. Complex has golf, tennis, swimming, walking and biking trails, fishing and a shuttle boat to Lovers Key Beach daily. Dining provided at two facilities on grounds.
Area Description
Shopping in area is plentiful. The new Coconut Point is just 5 min. from condo, and has fine and casual eateries, entertainment, shopping, and a common browsing area, with art shows, tent sales and other interests for local tourists. The library, post office and churches are all within 20 min. of condo. The location is the newest area in Southwest Fl. and is within 30 min. of Naples or Fort Meyers to the north. Beaches are within 20 min. either way.
The closness to airport and all the shopping and activities in area make Pelican Sound one of the most popular attractions.
