Description of the Estero vacation condo rental

Second floor condo with vaulted ceilings and lanai overlooking lake and 7th Tee box of the outstanding Grandezza Golf Course. You can walk approximately 300 feet to satellite pool, but you will also be within close walking distance to main clubhouse which boasts a 53,000 square feet luxurious building complete with restaurants, fitness center, massage room, movie room and computer room with free internet access. Olympic sized Pool and lighted tennis courts and clubhouse facilities will rival any 5 star hotel. Newly constructed bocce courts complete the outdoor area by the tennis courts and swimming pool. At the beautiful clubhouse, have happy hour in the Tuscan Bar before having a reasonably priced dinner in the beautiful dining room or out on the porch overlooking the gorgeous pool. Unit is decorated beautifully and is completely furnished with all major and minor appliances including a washer and dryer. King size bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in guest room.

This community has everything and is so beautifully and liberally landscaped with flowers and palm trees and Florida shrubbery. When you drive into it, you will be transformed to a place of true beauty.

Most convenient location in Estero in southwest Florida where you can walk to market, restaurants, beauty salon or many other retail establishments. Across the street from Miramar Outlets, and for the sports enthusiast, across street from Germain Arena. Within 10 minutes of two major brand new shopping centers, (Gulf Coast Town Center and Coconut Point Mall). RSW international airport is 10 minutes away and you will be less than 5 minutes from Interstate 75 and less than 10 minutes from Major Route 41. Estero is ideally located between Naples and Fort Myers.
