PELICAN SOUND IN SW FLORIDA (ESTERO) IS A PRIVATE RESORT COMMUNITY ON 534 ACRES SURROUNDED BY A TWENTY SEVEN HOLE GOLF COURSE.
Our home is a 1759 SF first floor CARRIAGE HOME (in the Oak Run section), that includes a two car attached garage and a 650 SF screened lanai that directs directly out onto the golf course.
This is a corner lot home that is secluded from passing traffic on US 41. It is completely furnished and an easy stroll to the community pool/hot tub or golf club house/course. All rooms have fans, there are three televisions and will sleep four comfortably. The maaster bedroom includes a king bed. large walk in closet and a glass enclosed shower/ 2 basin sink in the bathroom.
