Description of the Estero vacation townhouse rental

Bella Terra, this beautiful, new development is big, family-oriented, and fun while still remaining very quiet and very private, my home is walking distance to the main club house... where you'll find the 24-hour fitness center, Caribbean style resort pool and spa along with volley ball courts, tennis courts, basketball, Bocce ball, skater’s rink and children’s playground.
The townhome is approximately 2300 SF, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, laundry room, outdoor lanai and upstairs loft.

Currently the home contains;
1. A complete kitchen
2. Entertainment center with TV and couch set downstairs (living room)
3. TV and Couch set upstairs. (loft)
4. Complete Master bedroom suite (king size mattress)
5. Queen mattresses are in both of the guest rooms.
6. Towels and Bath Accessories in all bathrooms.
7. Outdoor patio and chair set.

Area Description

The Bella Terra Development is 15 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport and is 3 miles east of I-75, past Miromar Outlets (high-end.)

There are gorgeous shops and eateries at the Gulf Coast Plaza (about 10 minutes away)and the fantastic new Open Air Market called Coconut Point with high end luxury brand name stores and restaurants is about 6 miles away right off of
I-41.

It's a great location, Fort Meyers is about 10 miles North and Naples is 10 miles South....this whole corridor is brand new with great shops and restaurants!
