Description of the Estes Park vacation condo rental

Beautiful luxury homes are within minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and some are walking distance to the town of Estes Park. Newly constructed, most of these mountain homes have main level living with log accents throughout. The covered patio's provide a perfect place to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Continental Divide, and some of the golf course with Twin Sisters beyond.

In most homes the main levels consist of a master bedroom and a master bath, some with a private entrance to the deck. Also on the main level is the kitchen, living room and laundry facilities. Some units have a seperate dining area. Also, some units have a loft with extra bedrooms. Some units supply free internet service and fireplaces.

Pets are negotiable in some units with additional deposit.

Lodging Tax: 9.725%
Deposits: A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at time of booking. Pet deposits are $50 per dog non-refundable and a $300 refundable deposit per dog. One dog per unit please.
Other Fees: There is a $70 to $85 cleaning fee on bookings less than 4 nights. Rates are based on actual time of booking and unit booked, please see owners link for specific rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.

We had a wonderful time. This property is clean and modern. There are three bedrooms that make it easy to have a fair size group. The amenities help make it extremely comfortable. The location is very convenient to Estes Park proper and the park. The laundry facility worked well with all the hiking we did. It felt like a home away from home. I would go back and I would highly recommend this to others.

Our family loved this home in Estes Park, CO. It was decorated beautifully and had gorgeous views of the mountains. The kitchen and eating areas were great for the large family we traveled with. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to cook for our big group. Also having 4 bedrooms and 4 baths gave us plenty of room to spread out. It was perfect!

The accomodations were supurb. The locaiton was ideal. The Owners were great to work with. We will plan to stay again in the future. Thank you for a great week of memories with our family. The loft area proved to be a great hang out for the kids yet we felt connected as well. The 2 master bedrooms proved to be ideal as 2 families blended and the deck and gas grill were enjoyed many times.

We loved staying in this beautiful townhome! It was within walking distance of downtown Estes Park, with its lovely shops and restaurants. Our views were wonderful and we had elk come to visit us daily! The townhome had everything we needed for the nights we decided to cook rather than eat out. The washer and dryer were so very convenient. Comfy beds, plenty of space and several TVs let everyone "do their own thing" at night, whether it was going to bed early or staying up together to watch Sports Center! Parking with the 2 car garage was easy. We would love to return and stay here again!
