Our property is booked through summer 2015. Please come back again!

Enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Estes Park, Colorado, in our spacious and quiet Estes Park Rocky Mountain condo. Our two bedroom plus loft bedroom 1700 square foot property sleeps 8 adults and features furnishings worthy of a luxury mountain retreat: stone faced gas fireplace, three televisions, fully equipped kitchen, a two car garage, washer and dryer and wonderful views! The vaulted main living room with stone-faced gas fireplace has views to Twin Owls, Twin Sisters, Meeker, Longs and the Continental Divide. The surroundings are very quiet and located just 1.5 miles east of downtown Estes Park, across from Lake Estes and away from all of the hustle bustle and traffic. Rocky Mountain National Park is within minutes, along with hiking, mountain bike riding, horseback riding and rock climbing. Watch wildlife graze in the yard! It’s not unusual for deer and elk to stroll by. Perfect for families, the loft bedroom/sitting area has it’s own television with DVD player so that mom and dad can enjoy the fireplace. Also terrific for a girl’s weekend retreat with two and a half baths! We love our mountain retreat and we know you will as well!

A 50% deposit is due at time of booking along with a $300 refundable damage deposit. Following examination of the property we will refund this within two weeks of your stay. Payment must be made in full 30 days prior to the first day of your reservation. Personal checks will be accepted 30 days prior to arrival for final payment and must be received within 7 (business) days of booking reservation. Payments accepted: PayPal (preferred, and includes all major credit cards) or personal check as outlined above.
Area Information
Come and spend time in the Estes Vally and Rocky Mountain National Park. We are close to everything including the fair grounds and golf. Activities: Hiking year-round, viewing the incredible sights of the Rocky Mountain National Park, bicycling around Lake Estes, the shopping experience in the Town of Estes Park, museums, wildlife viewing, Estes Park events, golfing, fishing, boating, river rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, rock climbing, aerial tram rides, fun parks, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, sledding, tubing, and downhill skiing. Parking is in your own two car private garage. We are close to it all but out of the downtown traffic!

Our Estes Park condo townhouse is spacious and airy with a fully equipped kitchen and large vaulted ceiling living room. The bedrooms are on the second floor away from the living area. An added feature is that the loft bedroom/sitting area has its own wall-mounted television so that the kids can play while the adults enjoy the fireplace downstairs. The Town of Estes Park provides free shuttle service each summer to assist residents and visitors in traveling around Estes Park. Shuttles travel from the Estes Park Visitor Center, 500 Big Thompson Avenue, to more than 50 stops throughout Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. These free shuttles will make it convenient for you to leave your vehicles at the condo or out parking lot and travel around Estes Park and up to Rocky Mountain National Park during the busy summer season, staying out of the downtown traffic. Excellent cell phone coverage.

I really enjoyed staying here. The minute I walked through the door it felt like home. The condo was clean and well kept. The photos accurately depicted the gorgeous condo. You never have to worry about running out of closet space!! The amenities that are provided were exceptional (high speed Internet, cable, washer and dryer, etc.). The condo is conveniently located within minutes of downtown Estes Park as well as being within minutes of a grocery store and pharmacy. Downtown would only be a bike ride away. It is also only minutes away from beautiful hiking trails and the YMCA of the Rockies. I would highly recommend renting this unit to my family and friends! The owners were very professional and made the renting process easy. I can't wait to book again!


The condo was great! We had 7 people stay (my parents, my husband and I, and our 3 kids (6,2,1)). The bunkbeds were great for the kids! It was nice to be able to go to the condo in the afternoon when it was raining or hailing! Thanks again for sharing your home.

A: We chose this property because we love the spaciousness of the condo and the beauty of the area. We have views of the Continental Divide, Longs Peak and the Twin Sisters from our deck. We have been bringing our family to Estes Park for decades. We love hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, viewing wildlife up close and personal and visiting with the wonderful people of Estes Park.

A: Our condo/townhouse is 1700 square feet with an open downstairs floor plan.
Q: How far are you from downtown?
A: We are located about 1.5 miles east of the busy downtown shopping area. In the summer, the Village of Estes Park runs a FREE shuttle to numerous stops in town. The pick up is right outside of the condo complex.
