Description of the Estes Park vacation home rental

Spend some time in the amazing Rocky Mountains. Our beautiful, Estes Park, vacation home is the retreat you have been looking for. Our lovely home is spacious and welcoming on one acre of gorgeous mountain meadow. We have 360 degree views from the property. You can walk to neighborhood lakes. There is a bike path across the street that loops through downtown, lake Estes and the Fairgrounds. Great for a leisurely walk or ride. There are many bunnies that hop around the property to amuse your family.

The property is surrounded by gorgeous, snow-capped peaks and plenty of blue skies and bright stars. We are located in the Carriage Hills neighborhood of Estes Park - the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Your family will feel at home in our smoke-free vacation home. It is beautifully furnished with leather furniture in a lodge-like living room with a moss rock fireplace. The family room is large and evokes a cabin feeling with knotty pine walls and raised ceiling. The family room has French doors that you can close off from the rest of the house.

This is wonderful for giving the kids a place to play while the adults sit and relax by the fire. We especially welcome families, as we have a child ourselves and know how hard it is to travel with children and still have a relaxing vacation. We even have a little play area with toys for toddlers! We have a full size stroller, crib, baby monitor and even a Kelty backpack to carry your little one while hiking.

Our large collection of puzzles and games can be played on our game table in the family room. We have about 75 movies for all ages (including videos for toddles). We also now have free wireless internet.

All the beds are new and are super comfortable pillow-topped. The master has a king bed, as well as a private bath and an external door to the back yard. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds and one has a sliding glass door that opens on to the back deck. The family room has two very comfortable full size futon couches. All our beds are great.

The house is extremely sunny. There are views from every window. We have a new stainless steel gas grill on the back deck that grills 28 burgers at a time! Also we have Adirondack rocking chairs and a huge 8 foot picnic table.

Watch the hummingbirds race by and befriend the blue bird family living in our bird house. From this great home you can see deer, herds of elk, picas, rabbits, blue birds, and of course hummingbirds.

This vacation home is not just a place to stay. It is a place to be with family and great frineds in a setting that will inspire and enrich you. You will love our vacation home as much as we do!!

The five of us had a very enjoyable stay at this house. It was very comfortable and everyone could have their own space for relaxing. The views were beautifull.
