Located on 3/4 acre in a valley with a river behind it and a mountain in front. Nice and serine setting where deer come to visit .
Area Description
The home is located outside of a small historic town of Lyons, Co. that is located close to fishing, hiking, scenic Trailridge road in the Rocky Mtn. National Forest. Driving distance to scenic Colo. Springs, seven falls, Garden of the Gods, Well known zoo. Also driving distance to Leadville a historic mining town, gambling at Central City. plus river tubing, horse back riding, antique shopping as well as Mall shopping. Sking areas outside of Estes Park in the winter and the reknown Stanley Hotel at Estes Park. Peacefull Valley for camping, climbing etc.
Local library, skate board park within 3 miles, Mexican, German restaurants as well as pub and subway. Liquor store, gas stations and hardware store all within 4 miles. In August there is a Folk Festival with music, foods etc.
