Gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. YMCA camp is 1/2 mile from home. Entrance to RMNP is 1 mile. Fishing in Mary's lake is walking distance. Elk and deer abound. A bear was spotted last July.

• Other Fees: More than 4 persons, there will be a $25/person for each night of stay. Holidays are charged as peak season rates. Advance payment is equal to 50% of the total rental rate, it is required 60 days prior to arrival. Balance is due 14 days before arrival.

This home is a very nice place to start from if you are in the area to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park. It is very well stocked with the basics for your stay . The small valley just outside the back door is teaming with wildlife.On our two week stay we enjoyed a nightly parade of deer and elk. Downtown Estes Park is only minutes away and will provide you with a very large variety of shopping and entertainment choices for any age group.
