Beautiful home with mountain views in every direction! Great location, convenient, yet private on almost an acre. 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, private hot tub, WIFI, DireTV, and lots of extras to make you feel right at home. Comfortable, with a large, open floor plan on the main level.
Main level: Large living room with gas fireplace, kitchen, dining area, all open and a great gathering space. 2 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 1/2 baths.
Lower level features a large family room with wood burning fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, kids camp area, 2 bedrooms, 1king, 1 queen. 1 bathroom, and a bar area that leads to the patio with swing, lounders, table/chairs and hot tub. Great views from every window, the deck and patio.

Area Info
Located in an area of large estate type homes with plenty of space for privacy. On the west edge of town it is just 2-3 minutes to main stree, Elkhorn Avenue, or just about 2 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. The back yard is wonderful with a spring fed creek and aspen groves! Wildlife love this area and we often see elk, mule deer, and bears. This home is wonderful for bird viewing and we leave our feeders out all year. A lot of hummingbirds, also, in season.

Great house, great location!

A special thanks to Linda and Bob for allowing us to make their home ours for a week. The house is very comfortable, with many extra. Plenty of room, great family eating area, room for kids to get away from parents and perfect deck for snack and craft time. Minutes away from Mary's Lake and Lily's lake, as well as down town Estes. Wildlife visited daily, and evenings were extremely pleasant to sit and read on the front deck rocking bench. We enjoyed the hot tub in the early mornings and late evenings. Linda was fantastic to work with. We are so very fortunate to find such a fabulous property and owners!!! Hope to visit again soon!!!
