We had a great time in a great location. The house was laid out great for 4 people and had room to entertain. Right on the lake and as it happened the water level was up and warm. I would go up again and hope too someday.

Thank you Sandy and Jerry, The community is really friendly everybody says hi when you go for walk , lake is awesome warm, we saw couple time turtle , a lot of animals around, every day a little deer came by to take a pick what we are doing , it’s a perfect place to stay with friends and family outside of our digital world of smart phones and internet ! P.S: Defiantly will recommend to friends and family, Say thanks to Charlotte :)

We arrived in Eureka on Friday, June 29th and the property manager met us promptly and took us directly to the cabin. We were very disappointed that the lake was extremely low and we weren't even able to put our boat in at the public dock. This was obviously not the owners fault but it would have been nice to know that in advance. We drove to nearby Lake Koocanusa and enjoyed our boating there very much but it wasn't quite what we had in mind when we booked. The cabin itself was the right size for us and although it isn't fancy it certainly does the trick. It was very well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. The area was beautiful and we felt right at home. The morning we left though, we had to spend several hours cleaning as we weren't told that there would be a cleaning fee if we didn't clean it ourselves. The property manager gives your full deposit back if you have done the cleaning (including washing sheets and towels, cleaning the bathrooms and washing floors), but if you don't wish to do that, there is a $100 fee. Again, it just would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could budget accordingly. Overall, we had a great weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the Canada Day fireworks show over the lake which was very good. The people of Montana are also very friendly and helpful and we would definitely come back.
