If you want to enjoy Table Rock lake, Beaver lake, Eureka springs, Branson, the condo is located just minutes or less than an hour from all. Lake and marina are just blocks away. Eureka is 6 miles from condo. 9 and 18 hole golf courses are located on Holiday island along with lake swimming, fishing Ind picnic areas. playground and outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts! The trees, wildflowers, lakes and hills are Beautiful!
3 night min. On holiday weeks or weekends!!!!!
Credit card is security depost. Will not be billed unless breach of signed rental agreement. max 150.00 on nightly 250.00 on monthly Note never had to use a deposit yet!!!
rental is 90.00 per night for 2 adults and 95.00for 3-6 guests, rent 6 nites the 7th is free.

Everything right at your fingertips... We utilized the pots/pans, coffeemaker, grill, watched a movie from their movie baskets, played one of their supplied board games. It was close to the Sports Rec Center and the marina. Decorations were trendy. Even the sofa bed was comfortable for my son. Very reasonable rates. Would recommend.

The Holiday Island condo was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed to enjoy our vacation was there - all the necessary kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, and lots of local travel information. It was a very relaxing. It was a good experience. We will go back!

Great quiet place a short distance from Eureka Springs. We stayed here Memorial weekend and rode the cycle on day trips, this was the perfect location. The island is a beautiful area. Very clean, quiet, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, and an excelent value. Thanks Val for a great weekend.

My husband and I thoroghly enjoyed our weekend trip to Arkansas. The Condo was very cozy and inviting. I loved the magazines and other reading material and that direct tv was also supplied rather than local channels. A very cute place to stay in a very convenient location!

this place was immaculate! far exceeded our expectations. very quiet neighborhood and no outside distractions. the owners are fabulous and are a phone call away if you need anything. we were very pleased to be able to have a romantic honeymoon as the owner had a romantic "add-on" honeymoon basket with chocolate covered strawberries, cheese, summer sausage, crackers and wine or champagne if we had requested. if we return to this area we will definitely be looking to see if this place is available. but with the great hospitality, location, and cleanliness you better book early!!! we loved our stay and am happy to highly recommend others to stay in this condo!!!

Our stay at this condo was the BEST!!! We have 3 young kids and they loved this place!! It is very cozy and truly a "home away from home"! Every detail has been thought of from the comfy, clean bedrooms to the gas grill on the deck! We enjoyed our week boating on Table Rock and relaxing in the water!! A grocery store, marina and Eureka Springs are only minutes away!!! Thank you for the clean, comfy, homey vacation spot!! We will definitely be back!!!

This is a wonderful condo in a great location!! We will definitely stay again. Loved staying out by the lake vs. inside Eureka Springs-very quiet-but close to grocery, gas, restaruants, and only 5+ miles to Eureka. It was very nice and had everything we needed!! Would highly recommend it.

I cannot say enough great things about this place!! We had so much fun!! The condo was immaculate, nicely furnished and EXACTLY what I had hoped for. Val was SO helpful and gracious. Our stay was perfect!! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place near Eureka Springs!! It's located far enough from the Main Street atmosphere to be cozy and yet it's close enough to be convenient to all the amenities of downtown. This was our first time to stay at a vacation rental and really enjoyed it. So much more relaxing than a hotel!! We loved the fact that we could do our own cooking and grilling for meals instead of eating out all the time. Just a quick drive away from the market and all the shopping in Eureka Springs. The information left about the area was very helpful for us navigating the area! Had a great time, thanks again!

We would love to keep this all to ourselves but that would be a disservice to our wonderful hosts. The condo was beautiful, well appointed, comfortable and well stocked. Every detail has been thought through and the hosts are accessible if anything is needed. This is hands down the quietest and most pleasurable place on Table Rock. The well run marina nearby is yet another plus. If you are looking for accommodations, location, and ammenities, you too will find why the reviews are consistently strong. We will book our return trip early---now that the secret is out.

We stayed at the condo shortly after it became available. We have known Val and Boyd for a couple of years now and knew it would be fabulous. It is newly remodeled and all the comforts of home are included. Val has taken special care to see that kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy! The location is great.....marina just a minute or so away. The description in the listing is spot on. You can spend the day boating or shopping in Branson or Eureka Springs and then come home to a quiet retreat. Holiday Island is a best kept secret!!
