Our cozy antique cottage has great snowmobile + ATV trail access! Sleeps up to 6 people (aprox 750s/f living space) 4 beds-1 Queen, 1 full +2 twins. But 4 or 5 people comfortably. It's fully equipted kitchen,elec stove,coffee maker,microwave & Cable TV, bath w/shower.
Use of our drive thru garage to store your sleds or ATV's. Direct Trail access right out of our back yard to some of the best groomed trails in Maine! This is the best part of all! You can ride over 100+ miles in 5 different directions to some of the most scenic trails in Maine! This location is convenient, easy to get to & the Pines Market is steps away for gas,food,&lots more!

Visit some of Maine's most unique towns such as Rangeley,Ocquossoc, Carrabasset Valley, Bingham, the Forks, Jackman,Greenville, & Coburn Gore and beyond into Canada. Make sure you have the proper indentification for the customs at the border. These are just some of the major locations to ride to but there are definately more to check out! This is not just a vacation, it's an adventure!

There's spectacular biking & hiking trails, ATV'ing trails to experience near by and lots of photo opportunities just about everywhere you look up here, or just hang out and relax in the back yard.
We are next to the Cathedral Pines Forest which includes cross country ski trails, walking or biking-hiking thru this incredible red pine forest & access to a public beach.
In the summer you can swim or fish Flagstaff lake or hike the Appalachian trail over the Bigelow Mt Range. The State of Maine public reserve land on Flagstaff Lake is very close by and has an incredible sandy beach. Then across the lake from Meyers Beach is the Bigelow Mt Preserve which encompases over 3,000 Acres of public land to explore. You can visit the famous Bigelow Lodge by snowmobile trail in the winter. Come in and sit by the huge fireplace and cook a hot dog, and enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate to warm up.
Our camp/cottage is almost across the street from The Pine's Market. They have everything you need for a good time, gas, food, hunting & fishing supplies, clothing for all seasons & more. If they don't have it then you probably don't need it!
We're about 10 minutes to Sugarloaf ski resort, 20miles to Saddle Back Ski Resort in Rangeley,& 25 miles to Canada's border.
Eustis is a great getaway from your usual way of life. Just bring your summer or winter gear,equipment, cloths, food, drink & smiles! Don't forget your camera.

About 4 miles up is The Eustis Village Loop is Trails End Resturaunt, then 4 miles south in Stratton is White Wolfe Inn & Stratton Plaze Hotel & Resturaunt, & Looney Moose Cafe'. 11 miles south at Carabassett Valley are many outlets for shopping, eating, exercise-entertainment, all at or near Sugarloaf Ski resort. And about 20 miles is Rangeley Lakes & Saddleback Mt Ski Resort. Rangely & Ocquossoc has several good eateries & shops to check out.
