We have owned this beautiful historical Evergreen Colorado property since 1983 and have upgraded every detail for your year round comfort. Our Goal is always to exceed your expectations. We are a Mountain Community Just Southwest of the Greater Denver Colorado Metropolitan area. Our Location is at the Base of Mt. Evan Wilderness Area so travelers experience all of the Majic of Lodging in a pristine Rocky Mountain Wilderness setting while having easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park, 7 major Ski Areas, Red Rocks Park, non-technical hiking trails to four 14,000 ft Mountain Peaks, 100s of miles of Backcountry Snow Shoeing, hiking and Skiing trails, fabulous White Water Rafting, Big Game Hunting including, Elk, Deer, & Big Horns Sheep, World Class Trout Fishing, and a very active arts commuity, all while being a short 50 minute drive to all of the Cultural opportunities in Denver Colorado including 6 major professional sports franchises.
