Paradize III is a beachfront single family home on a double lot that is know for bringing you back in time to the old Hawaii. Its double full length glass doors open up to an enclosed patio that looks out over the front lawn to the open ocean, where you can swim, surf, fish or just stroll along the waters edge.
Paradize III is located in South/ West Oahu approximately 17 miles from the Honolulu International Airport and 22 miles from downtown Waikiki.
Paradize III is a two bedroom, 1 3/4 bath beachfront home with a loft. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath and double headed shower, spa tub and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed and large closet space.
In addition the couch folds out to a full size bed along with the loft where a futon couch can turn into a bed. An additional bathroom is upstairs in the loft area with a shower.
Paradize III also includes, cable TV, CD player, microwave, coffee- maker, toaster, blender, full size refrigerator, stove, barbecue, dinnerware, cookware, linens, and towels.

Paradize III is located in a very local residental family neighborhood and if swimming, surfing, sunning and or sightseeing are not enough there are eight golf courses in the surrounding area, the Waikele Outlet Shopping Center, featuring name brand stores such as, Levi ''s, Makasa, Anne Klein, Saks Fifth Ave, Big Dog Sportswear, IZOD, Oshkosh, Polo Jeans and many more.
In addition there is the Kapolei 12 Plex theatre only six miles away and a fabulous Water Park seven miles away. All this without all the hustle and bustle of downtown Waikiki.

"This was my third trip to this same property! I love the serenity and location away from the tourists. It is close enough to visit the hot spots of the island, but still offers true island flair. The sound of the ocean in the master bedroom lulled me to sleep every night. On one visit, I actually was able to see the whales migrating right from the covered patio."
We loved the house inside and out.
I loved waking up and hearing the surf even at 3am (very loud)
I hope you still have the house in 5 years or so, we would love to come back.
The grounds are very nice and very well kept
We had a lovely time ( despite the interesting experience of Honolulu traffic and the entire population of Japan being here for shopping) But the weather was fabulous. The house felt like home and we thank you for your gracious hospitality. We loved having the fresh fruit and coffee and of course the macadamia nuts are always a welcome treat. It was a pleasure meeting you. Aloha!!
I just wanted to send you a quick message to let you know we LOVED the house - although the acoustics were kind of interesting ;-)
Lorin's welcome was fun and he had a lot of great local information for us. We loved every detail to the house from the winding staircase to the lovely stained glass throughout to the well-manicured yard.
Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the surf (and the myna birds & pigeons) was a wonderful way to spend our week at Paradize III and it was difficult to get used to the quiet when we got back home to Washington! I have been recommending it to anyone who is even thinking about visiting Oahu.
