This three-bedroom, three floor townhouse is a great value for the price. There is also a bonus room on the ground floor with washer and dryer, half-bath, and a single mattress. The place isn't fancy, but it is clean, spacious, and a great place for a family visit. I had 9 people for Thanksgiving dinner at the townhouse and was able to cook and serve out of the kitchen, which has plenty of storage and a very large refrigerator.

Great location! Near Old Town, Mt. Vernon, downtown DC. Townhouse was very roomy. Nina (the owner) was wonderful and helpful. Thanks!!

10/29/07 Positive My family had the pleasure of staying at this townhouse for our trip to DC. We were very close to the metro so it worked out perfectly. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of things around for food. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and just great for our visit. We found everything that we needed.

01/10/07 Positive We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was clean, convenient to metro, shopping, sightseeing and very reasonably priced. We would definately stay there again.
There is also a movie theater and Chuck E Cheese nearby and the playground is just behind the townhouse.
We used mapquest for directions and had no problem finding our way around. We also found the bus and metro system to be quite user friendly and convenient.
The townhouse is located in a nice neighborhood and the street is well lit.
The rental was a very smooth transaction and Nina is very easy to work with.

12/16/06 Positive Our family really enjoyed the living spaces of this Townhouse. It is only minutes to Oldtown. We have extra one person with us. The owner still accepted it. She is a wonderful person to deal with.
