Enjoy big-sky and lovely sunrises and sunsets overlooking acreage. Just ten minutes from downtown Fairhope where spectacular sunsets occur over beautiful Mobile Bay gracing the seascape daily. One can view them from the many public parks, or over a leisurely meal at the Yardarm Restaurant on the pier.

Fairhope boasts fine dining and some of the best seafood restaurants on the Gulf Coast; serving fresh local seafood. Hiking trails and natuere trails are everywhere on Mobile Bay and Fish River, and fresh and salt-water fishing is five minutes away. The Nix Center offers activities and camaraderie daily. Golf, the art academy and museum, quaint shops, a public pier and marina, and the Fairhope Yacht Club all blend to create a unique way-of-life in the Fairhope area. Many of the artists teach classes throught Faulkner State University and ESILL (Eastern Shore Institute for Lifelong Learning).
