One bedroom, one bathroom, fully furnished condo in the Fairmont Properties Riverside Resort. This condo is in the new Riverview Building adjoining the Riverside Golf Course. There is AC, free internet, large screen TV/DVD/CD combo. The building is equipped with an elevator.

The condo is located adjacent to the PGA Championship Golf course of Riverside. Several other excellent golf courses are in the near vicinity. The Rocky Mountains and the Kootenays provide a very scenic background whether you are golfing or engaging in any one of several other activities available. Columbia Lake provides a majestic scene to the South and the Columbia River originating from Columbia Lake winds its way through the Riverside Golf Course and the Resort. Fairmont Hot Springs provides for a relaxing soak in the hot mineral pool and a swimming pool and diving pool are also part of the recreational complex.
The Riverside Resort has a recreational building with a swimming pool, three whirlpools, exercise gym, and recreational rooms for playing games including pool and shuffleboard. Free movies can be viewed with different movies playing on certain days.
The town of Invermere is a 20 minute drive away for your shopping pleasure and several restaurants and fast food outlets are available (eg. Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, and an A & W). Invermere supplements the shopping services which are available right on the Resort.
