Description of the Fajardo vacation apartment rental

Apartment with the best view in the area, includes a full equiped kitchen, breakfast nook and full dinning tables, living room with Plasma TV and CATV; WiFi with a Touchscreen HP Computer, Master Bedroom with queen bed, a/c, ocean view and private full bathroom: second bedroom with two stories bunk bed, a/c, Plasma TV and CATV, third bedroom with King Bed and a/c. Second full bathroom. A huge balcony including a bar for relax time. The bulding its equiped with elevators with only two apartments per floor, each bulding has its own Electric Plant and a Water Reservoir and it has two private parkings. The complex provides 24 by 7 security at the entrance and around the public areas. You have access to three pools, one with a water slide, the main infiniti pool with hot tub and a more private family pool, all at three different areas inside the complex. Also have a Tennis and Basketball court and an equipped gym. Can sleep up to six people.

Area Information

The best view in the area, great balcony with a bar looking the Puerto Chico Harbour, El Conquistador Hotel Casitas, Palominos Island, Icacos Island, among others. Enjoy watching the Sail Boats and Watercraft enter and exit the harbour. It has local style bars and food places at walking distance including El Fogón a top awarded local food restaurant. Neraby beaches in Fajardo and Luquillo or can take a taxi boat to Icacos Island, Catamaran party trips departs from the front harbour every day for a great escape to snorkeling. Nearby at about 15 minutes its the rainforest El Yunque, a most for every visitor to Puerto Rico. The government just finished the extension of Route 66 highway that connect San Juan to near Fajardo in 45 minutes

A:You are outside of the San Juan Metropolitan area but with a new Highway access for a 45 minutes ride. This place is near to Luquillo Beach one of the best ones in P.R. also is very close to el Yunque Rain Forest a unique experience. . This is a resort style condo with complete ammenities and security.

A:You have plenty of excursions to snorkeling, diving, fishing, there is a bioluminicent bay where you can take a tour at night on Kayak or boat!!!. there is a couple of Golf courses, Horse ridding and Go Karts nearby..
