Description of the Fajardo vacation condo rental
Come and indulge in a serene, luxurious condo while vacationing in a friendly city that invites you to come and relax a little and play a little. The condo, situated close to the renown El Conquistador Golf Resort, boasts of a refreshing infinity pool, basketball and tennis court, fitness center, recreation room, children's playground, and conference center. Private access to the beach is only a couple of minutes away. The view from your penthouse is absolutely breathtaking, but don't take our word--come see for yourself! You will want to return over and over again!
The 3BR/3BA condo is perched upon a hill over looking the Caribbean Sea. The upper level rooftop terrace provides panoramic ocean views, and the kitchen has a balcony where you can sit and eat and gaze into the aqua blue waters as well. The condominium community itself is a 4 star quality condo with 3 pools, tennis and basketball courts, a clubhouse, and a volleyball court. There is a children's playground, a fitness center, and a recreation room also.
The Fajardo area is known for its water sports, including deep sea fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, parasailing, and windsurfing, to name a few. Also, the local area has fine dining, casinos, golf, horseback riding, hiking, shopping and much, much more.

I took my elderly parents, my wife, my son and his wife to stay in the Condo. The Condo was very richly appointed with new furniture, beds, linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pot and pans etc and dishwasher. The Condo had about a 10-12 mph breeze the whole week that was very nice. The kids took the loft upstairs with the Futon couch/bed and it served nicely as their own space as it also had a fridge and sink and dishes as well. The 3rd bedroom served nicely for my parents.
Over all the Condo had so much space that the 6 of us never felt the least bit cramped. Dinner was great as the table sat 6 very comfortably with a fantastic few of the bio-luminescent bay, a light house, the Seven Seas beach as well as the harbor. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful and to our surprise very little signs of insects including the absence of mosquitoes. This served us so much better than hotel rooms as this Condo had the feel of a huge house very isolated from the neighbors.
We went snorkeling at Seven Seas beach. You could rent snorkel gear at the nearby Marina for $15 a day. Seven Seas beach is one of the nicest beaches on the Island and the near by Harbor (where we took the night kayaking trip to the bio-luminescent bay trip) was all 5 minutes away by car. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and we met very friendly people everywhere we went. My parents found people every where to talk to and brag about their family on vacation. The complex Security guards were kind and checked everyone before admitting further promoting a very family centric safe environment, not to mention the Fajardo Police dept was right down the street.
The rain would come and go and never last more than 20 minutes in the late afternoon and at 4:00 in the morning. The air was very clean and fresh all the time. Every room in the Condo had ocean views, you could even see the rain forest "El Yunque" from the terrace. We took some of our best pictures from the Condo windows and terrace.
I would definitely rent from Zee again at this location, she was very kind and professional.
