Description of the Falmouth vacation cottage rental
Fantastic location! Upon arrival put your car keys away and soak up the sun and charm of Cape Cod at this four bedroom cottage. It is only a barefoot walk - about 100 yards - to both Falmouth Heights Beach and Bristol Beach and a short oceanfront walk to several restaurants and Falmouth Harbor. You can even walk to the Island Queen ferry and spend the day on Martha's Vinyard!

Cape vacation

September 29, 2014

We had a great week. The cottage is steps away from beach. Four bedrooms were big enough for my kids. The cottage was great. It looks much bigger than the pictures. I went on long walks on the beach. I collected a basket full is sea shells. My kids & husband fished every day. The kids love seeing bunnies in the back yard. I love that location. Close to everything. Thank you Susan, you have lovely home.

Great Spot

We found this rental very spacious.. I agree with the previous review, an enclosed outdoor shower would be great. We loved it here. We are looking forward to another week here this year!! Very convenient to everything!

Summer Vacation Cottage

November 7, 2012

Cottage was very clean and adaquate for our family of four. Great location, 2min walk to beach, 5 min walk to restaurant, 5min bike ride to town. Nice outdoor shower, side deck and nice front porch. Would love to spend another week next summer! Very friendly and accomadating owners.

A week away

August 23, 2011

First, the owners were more than accomodating answering all our questions quickly prior to and following signing the agreement. The cottage is conveniently located close to the beach so morning strolls and evening walks were plentiful. The home is larger than it appears in the pictures and has the old cape cod essence. The only "opportunity" would be to enclose the outdoor shower. Regardless, we would rent here again once our children are a little bigger.
