Less than a mile to Bristol & Falmouth Heights beaches. Close to shopping - Falmouth Mall is a street away & downtown with it's lovely boutiques is a 5 minute drive. The "Island Queen" ferry to Martha's Vineyard is also closeby.

Just a few notes on your new summer environment. The Christmas Tree Plaza is less than 5 minutes away; the Falmouth mall with it's SuperShaw's , TJMaxx, Homegoods & Walmart(etc.) is a street away. Bristol Beach & Falmouth Heights Beaches are at the end of Maravista Ave (less than a mile away). The "Island Queen" ferry to the Vineyard is also about a mile away. Downtown Falmouth w/ it's lovely boutiques & fine eateries is about 5 minutes away. The Lefevre boat landing is 1/10 of a mile from you. There you will also find a secluded Bay beach and lovely scenic walkway which willlead you to the ocean (less than a mile away). There is also a lovely playground at the nearby elementary school up the street. Please note: Reduced weekly rates are available in Sept/Oct. Week-end rentals are also a possibility in Sept/Oct.
