This house has roomy charm: 3-BR (1 down, 2 up), beamed living room, separate kitchen & dining room, breezy screen porch. Comes with beach towels, chairs, toys. Linens available.

Saturday to Saturday. Can be combined with 2 BR bungalow next door for friends, family reunions or larger groups (of up to 12). (see listing #2317)

Deposits: 50% of rent plus pet fees (if applicable), plus $500 refundable security deposit due with signed lease. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Great beach house to stay in!!!, September 15, 2008

The place was very roomy and nice. And it was very close to the town businesses, leisurely activities, and the ferry to Martha's vineyard. It was very comfortable to relax there after a day of sightseeing in Martha's Vineyard and playing on the beaches of Cape Cod. The indoor patio was a plus! I would definitely stay there the next time I visit Cape Cod! =D
