Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
Deposits: 50% of rent, pet fees (if applicable) due with signed lease. The balance plus $500 refundable security deposit is due 30 days before arrival. (Refundable pet security deposit $100.)
Other Fees: - Cleaning fee. - Linens available. - Pets allowed with owners prior approval, $100/wk plus damage deposit.

The house had a lot of character and charm. We were very comfortable and had a great week. It was great. Falmouth is a lovely town. Close to beach, harbor, bike path and sight seeing. We truly enjoyed it.
