A lovely newly renovated home with a private backyard on a quiet street just blocks away from Falmouth Harbor, Surf Drive Beach and the shops on Main Street. Within walking distance is the town library, a wonderful park for the children, free outdoor concerts at the Band Shell and the Cape Cod Baseball League. Falmouth has many of the best restaurants on Cape as well as the Shining Sea Bike Path within riding distance. Take a ride or walk and enjoy a sunrise over Martha’s Vineyard or a sunset over Woods Hole.
Take a quick day trip to Martha’s Vineyard aboard the many Charter Boats from the harbor or go to Woods Hole and use the ferry. There is freshwater or saltwater fishing available. Some of the best Golf Courses on Cape are within miles. Nature trails and walking are close by.
