This beautiful, sunny and spacious home has it all. 10 Bdrms 41/2 bathrooms and 3 levels of living space. Large state of the art chefs kitchen with granite counters and island with built in vegetable sink and under- counter fridge as well as stainless side by side fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Open floor plan leads you to this elegant yet casual dining/ family room with a large 42" High-definition television above a beautiful stone fireplace and sliders to a beautifully landscaped yard. State of the art sound system inside and out. Central a/c, Wireless internet, and multiple flat screen televisions throughout. washer and dryer. linens and towels included. First floor master bedroom with chaise lounge, flat screen plasma television and sliders to back yard. The master bathroom has double granite sink and a huge 5ft. x 5ft. rain shower. Second floor has four beautifully decorated bedrooms with queen sized beds in each. Large bathroom with double marble sinks and full sized shower. The kitchen is also adjoined by another full sized kitchen with open floor plan to dining area and a second family room with fireplace. The second level has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The lower level has two bedrooms and a full sized bathroom with tub and shower. Area Information

This home is located in North Falmouth and close to many wonderful restaurants, golf courses, shopping, Ice cream shops, movie theatres, mini golf and The Barnstable Fair Grounds.

It is a short ride to Woods Hole where the Island Ferry will take you to Martha's vineyard in 35 minutes. Nantucket in one hour.

There is also The Shining Sea Bike Path just around the corner from this home. There is also a bike rental just across the street from the path.

Old Silver Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the cape with its warm water and spectacular sunsets is less than one mile and just a short walk from this home.

Perfect Vacation Home

Our group of 9 adults and 3 children stayed at the adjacent portion of this side-by-side duplex, which is a new, modern addition with top of the line amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better home to spend our time! It was beautifully decorated, immaculately maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sounds system is state-of-the-art. The tennis court in the yard, just outside the living room, was a welcome bonus and the sitting areas were so welcoming and relaxing as well. The size and layout was perfect for our group. The open space allowed us to spend time together while cooking, eating, feeding the kids, or enjoying the living room. It was also ideal for the two toddlers in our group, who had plenty of space to wander around from the kitchen to the living room and into the yard. The owner was at the house when we arrived early and she couldn't have been a more gracious and accommodating hostess. First off, she was flexible enough to rent to us for 2 nights instead of the full week, making the weekend possible at all. But after having had some bad experiences in the past, we were so thankful for her warm and easy-going nature, which made the entire stay at the house even more enjoyable and relaxing for us. We remarked throughout our stay how much we were enjoying the house and that we would love to return next year for our annual reunion. We certainly hope to!
