This is a lakefront summer home in Clare County, Michigan. (The Gateway to the North) Enjoy the tranquility and serenity of this Private lakefront home that has the convenience of shopping and entertainment just minutes from Mt. Pleasant Soaring Eagle Casino). The home is located on Surrey Lake (a 100 acre, private, gated, all sports lake) in Farwell, Michigan 48622. The lot is one of the largest in the lake community (160 ft of water front). Fishing and hunting are plentiful, as the lake is stocked every year. The home is a ranch with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath.
This is a great Vacation home.

Some amenities include:
3 bed rooms with 2 fold outs ,Propane heat , electricity, TV with DVD , Has a large 16x8 coverd patio that overlooks the lake, along with a large 11x14 wood deck on the side of the home. The home was built in 1968. It is a great place for the family life. You will enjoy the convenience of having a lake at our door front, and the fun of having an all sports lake fun that starts at 11:00 am till 7:00 Pm and the rest of the time is for the fishermen to enjoy . The skiing, tubing, swimming and jet skiing was a real treat during the day--not to mention the night life at the Casino. Most of all, the fire pit with all the campfire songs.

• Deposits: Starting Feb 9th, 2008 Till Fed 15th 2008 get $100.00 off if you reserve your week. Half down to hold your week + $65.00 non-refundable cleaning. Balance due 15 days before your starting date. Charge card will be needed as a security deposit (damage waiver) . If the unit is left in a Pig Pen condition an additional fee will be assessed and charged to you charge card as a Pig Pen damage fee.
   
• Other Fees: A $65.00 Non- Refundable cleaning fee payable when deposit is made (It is the Same fee that is mentioned in the deposit section, this is not a second deposit). This fee covers a light cleaning of the unit to prepare it for the next user. This is not the pig pen fee.
